The original plan was to make it all the way up to Sweden to visit my brother but he has no gone and got home self a swanky contract working on the Hobbit film in New Zealand so we will have to plan to go to Sweden next year instead! We also left a month later than we meant to so we have slightly less time to get to as many countries as we had planned.

We think we have a plan up until the end of August and then we plan to meander through the south coast of France to a friend’s wedding at the end of the month. We will then count our pennies and decide whether to take the long reroute home through Germany, Amsterdam etc of have to call it an end to the fun and get a ferry back up to Portsmouth.
